Attending: Janet Chisman, Vicki Croft, Mary Gilles (Co-Chair), Daryl Herbison, Lauren McNiece, Ingrid Mifflin, Jill Palmer, Barb Paulson, Marilyn Von Seggern (Co-Chair), Kay Vyhnanek, Sharon Walbridge (Recorder), Leslie Wykoff (by phone), and Christy Zlatos.
Absent: Rhonda Gaylord and John Webb

The first hour of this meeting was spent with OCLC representatives.

Articles received from Susan Jurow were distributed.

Meeting minutes
Minutes of the February 22 meeting were approved as written.
Values Workshops
Arrangements have been made and announcements sent.
Web Page
Lauren McNiece reported that the Web Page has been set up and initially includes committee names and click and mail capability. McNiece will maintain the Page. The following will be included: initial message to staff from the Planning Committee, announcement of the values workshops, workshop facilitators, Nancy Baker's message of support for the workshops, and a bibliography of articles. Copies of the articles will be put on reserve in Holland and Owen and provided to other campus and ECLS / ICNE libraries.
Meeting Note Distribution
No conclusion reached. The original decision was to do more detailed notes for the Committee and distribute briefer notes to a wider distribution. Concern was raised about sensitive issues and discussions.

Next meeting
The Planning Committee will meet on Wednesday, March 06, 1996 at 8:30 AM in the Holland WHETS room.
