Attending: Janet Chisman, Vicki Croft, Mary Gilles(Co-Chair and Recorder), Daryl Herbison, Lauren McNiece, Barbara Paulson, Marilyn Von Seggern(Co-Chair), Kay Vyhnanek, John Webb, and Christy Zlatos.
Absent: Rhonda Gaylord, Ingrid Mifflin, Jill Palmer, Sharon Walbridge and Leslie Wykoff.

Meeting minutes
Minutes of the May 15 meeting were approved with agreement to insert "The following capture the essence of the ideas that were generated" immediately before the list of ideas.

Report from Input Gathering Task Force
Mary Gilles, Daryl Herbison, Lauren McNiece and Barbara Paulson presented five draft questions for library employees. One question dealt with service to library users, three related to the internal climate and one was open-ended. There was lengthy discussion of the questions, their intent, wording, and the information sought.
There was agreement to solicit employee ideas and opinions regarding service to library users separate from a survey. The task force was asked to revise the remaining questions about internal climate and report back at the next meeting.
