Check-in

The idea of small groups rather than a Town Meeting as the method of discussion for whatever the Planning Committee brings forward relative to organization structure has received favorable reaction from Committee members and will be discussed further as we proceed with our discussions and recommendations.

Vicki Croft reported that the Survey Committee is meeting today and will do some further revision to the survey instrument. It is expected that the survey will be sent to the printer by the end of this month.

Organizational Models

The Committee continued its discussion of the various models that have been put forth with the "yellow" model being the focus of the day. Much of the discussion was on the team concept and its implications.

Next Meeting

The next Committee meeting will be September 25 where the discussion of organizational models will continue with emphasis on the "green" model and the one received from Audrey Bancroft.
