Check-in

The need to communicate with library personnel was discussed. Kay Vyhnanek will draft something to send out to let people know where we are and maybe a timeframe for presenting.

Meeting minutes

Minutes of the September 25 meeting were approved as distributed.

Strongly held beliefs

Members received a copy of the strongly held beliefs from each group (green, blue, yellow). Beliefs were grouped into philosophical beliefs, organizational options, and recommendations on how to accomplish any actions. Philosophical beliefs were divided into impact to users or library employees. The committee then discussed those organizational beliefs that were common throughout all three documents.

Next meeting

October 9, 1996, continued discussion of strongly held beliefs.
