Each of you will be receiving an e-mail from Janet Chisman regarding the upcoming values mini-retreats in early March. These sessions are intended to involve those librarians and library staff who did not participate in the values retreat with Susan Jurow.

I would like to strongly encourage those who have not previously attended the retreat to sign up and participate in one of those mini-retreats. Similarly, I ask that supervisors make it possible for the folks in their units to attend one of these sessions.

Setting organizational values is fundamental to our planning process and we need the ideas and involvement of all of you in this important first step.
