If you get the message - INVALID PIN - when trying to authenticate, you
already have a PIN in the system. This means that you have created a PIN for
yourself at some point in the past. If you cannot remember your PIN we cannot tell you what
it was. What we CAN do however, is delete your old PIN, giving you the chance to
create a new one. It is a good idea to choose a PIN that you can remember, but
would be difficult for anyone else to figure out. Names of pets, cars (ie..'57Chevy), or favorite foods are examples of good choices for a PIN.
Combinations of characters, special characters, (top row keys, %, ^, *, etc.) & numerals, are your best
choices as these make your PIN more difficult for someone else to guess. (For example...use br0cc0li
instead of broccoli, @b1ga1l instead of Abigail.) Names of family members, social security numbers, birthdays,
common nicknames, etc. are NOT good choices as these can easily be discovered.
